💕 A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Tricia Smith, owner of Smith’s Crafty Creations and a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator.
I absolutely love papercrafting, but one of my favourite parts of what I do is helping other people discover it too.
Especially complete beginners.
There’s something lovely about hearing someone say, “I’m not creative,” and then watching them proudly hold up a handmade card they’ve created themselves.
That’s what Smith’s Crafty Creations is all about.
Creativity, encouragement, community and having a bit of fun along the way.
My projects don't always go according to plan either. Things get stuck down wonky, ideas change halfway through and the occasional strategically placed gem has rescued more projects than I care to admit. 😂
Hello! I’m Tricia 👋
I live in beautiful Fife, Scotland, with my husband Ricky, our two sons and our German Shepherds, Roxy and Millie. I’m originally from the West Coast of Scotland but have called Fife home for many years.
I work part-time from home for a charity, covering everything from admin and accounts to payroll and social media.
My crafty journey began in 2018 when I discovered Stampin’ Up! completely by accident. Within weeks, I’d signed up as a demonstrator — and I’ve never looked back!
Crafting has given me a creative outlet, wonderful friendships and a real sense of purpose. It’s also something I can fit around my day job, family life and health needs.
And please don’t ask how many pairs of funky specs I own… I genuinely couldn’t tell you! 😂👓
I love how beautifully everything coordinates. The inks, cardstock, patterned papers, stamps, dies and embellishments are designed to work together, which makes creating so much easier.
